Privacy and cookies

What data we collect

This site does not require registration. The only place where we collect data is the "Write to us" form on the main page.

Enquiry form. If you fill it in, we collect your name, e‑mail address, any arrival and departure dates, number of guests and the text of your message. We use them only to reply to your request and, if applicable, to arrange your stay. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The message is forwarded to the controller's e‑mail address through the Web3Forms service, which acts as a technical provider. We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 12 months, unless it leads to a booking.

If you choose to contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e‑mail, we will use the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the message) only to reply to you and manage any stay. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is not passed on to third parties and is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet legal obligations.

Bookings

Bookings are made on Booking.com, which processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. Guest data required by law (for example for reporting to the police through the Alloggiati Web system and for the tourist tax) is processed by the property to meet these obligations.

Cookies

This site does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools, and the fonts are hosted on the site itself, with no connection to external services. For this reason no consent banner is needed.

When you follow a link to an external site (Booking.com, Google Maps, WhatsApp), the privacy policies of those services apply.

Technical providers

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages service), which may record technical browsing data (IP address, date and time) for security purposes, for a limited period.

Messages sent with the form go through the Web3Forms service, used only to deliver them by e‑mail to the controller.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to the e‑mail address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
